As we near the end of our summer series on capable environments, this penultimate webinar focuses on one of the most important elements: collaboration.

We’ll explore how effective interdisciplinary working, grounded in genuine partnership with parents, can shape positive transition experiences. When teams come together to champion an individual’s strengths, the impact is long-lasting.

We’ll also take a closer look at our person-centred planning tools and how they can help create smoother, more confident transitions when change is on the horizon.

BeyondAutism

BeyondAutism is a charity working to ensure autistic children and young adults access an education that empowers a life full of choice, independence and opportunity.

We provide expert education services from pre-school to 25, delivering rapid outcomes through our Early Years, schools, and Post-19 services. Our Outreach and Fast Responder® teams work across the country to reduce school placement breakdown and build long-term local capacity.
