A capable environment isn’t just about people and places.  It’s also about systems. From policies, to everyday procedures and practises, the way an organisation is structured place a key role in enabling autistic individuals to thrive

Here, we invite participants in the webinar to consider whether their organisational culture truly supports inclusion.  This includes flexibility around timetables, personalised approaches to reasonable adjustments and ensuring that the autistic voice is at the heart of every decision.

We will also share insights from  our BeyondAutism Fast Responder ® work, highlighting where we supported mainstream schools to embed autism-inclusive cultures that have helped reduce placement breakdowns.

BeyondAutism

BeyondAutism is a charity working to ensure autistic children and young adults access an education that empowers a life full of choice, independence and opportunity.

We provide expert education services from pre-school to 25, delivering rapid outcomes through our Early Years, schools, and Post-19 services. Our Outreach and Fast Responder® teams work across the country to reduce school placement breakdown and build long-term local capacity.
